1. Prices
All prices are customer end prices which include German value added tax. We reserve the right to make changes to designs or prices.
2. Payment
You can pay in advance (bank transfer), on delivery (COD charge of EUR 2.50) or by direct debit.
3. Packing and forwarding costs
In addition to the item prices, we charge EUR 5.00 for packaging and forwarding within Germany. The cost for forwarding to other countries is at least EUR 13.00. Any additional costs for customs and freight will also be billed.
4. Other ways of ordering
You can also submit your order by traditional mail, telephone, fax or email.
Phone orders: you can call us from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday on +49 (0)771 - 86 206. We look forward to receiving your call and will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.
5. Exchange
If you are not satisfied with an item or it is damaged, you can return it to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 10 days of receipt at your own expense. Naturally we will refund the purchase price, or if you wish we will supply you with another
item from our range.
6. Delivery
We will deliver while stocks last. If an item is currently out of stock, you will be notified. You can then choose between an immediate partial delivery or a complete delivery later, unless the item is completely withdrawn from the range.
7. Visiting the Boutique
Naturally you can also go directly to the Fürstenberg Boutique. This is open from 8 a.m. to midday and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).
