Donaueschingen is connected directly to the motorway A 81 Stuttgart - westlicher Bodensee (Western Lake Constance) and lies at the intersection of three Bundesstrassen (Federal roads):
B 27 Stuttgart - Schaffhausen/Switzerland,
B 31 Freiburg - Lindau,
B 33 Offenburg - Constance

Leave the B27 at the exit "Donaueschingen
Mitte" and head towards Donaueschingen.
At the roundabout, take the third exit to Stadionstrasse.
At the second turning, leave Stadionstrasse and head towards Fürstenbergstrasse. Follow the main road until you see the Fürstenberg brewery to your right.

Railway junction with connections to the following lines: Schwarzwaldbahn (Offenburg - Constance), Höllentalbahn (Freiburg - Donaueschingen), Donautalbahn (Ulm - Neustadt), trains to the Intercity lines and international rail connections exist thanks to the connections of the Schwarzwaldbahn in Offenburg and Singen.
